Payments Payments can me made using Check, Visa or Mastercard Credit Cards, Wire/Bank transfer, or Paypal. Contact your Account Representative on the details of the payment methods. Payments must be made promptly as indicated in the Invoice sent and must be in US $ funds. If we do not receive your payment on-time, your account may be terminated. Staffing Offshore Solutions reserves the right to remove any web design project from viewing on the Internet until final and full payment is made. All projects will be hosted on our development server and we will not upload or send any finished works until full payment is received.
For Dedicated/Full-time staff service, you agree to remit 100% advance full payment for the month of service after the free trial promotion or in the event of weekly contracted services, you agree to remit 100% advance full payment for the weekly service.
Failure to comply with the above payment terms is subject to immediate cancellation of the trial/service.
Dedicated Staffing (Two Day Free Trial) To qualify for the FREE trial for a dedicated employee, you are required to submit your contact and project details for initial review by your Account Executive and Offshore Staffing Department. Free web-based emails such as Hotmail, Yahoo, MSN, Gmail, etc. are not allowed to be used as the recipient’s official email address. Staffing Offshore Solutions only accepts company domain-registered email addresses. After careful evaluation and you are found eligible for the promotion, Staffing Offshore Solutions will send you the scheduled deployment date of your dedicated worker. It takes a maximum of 1-2 weeks depending on the availability and complexity of the project. This will give the staff enough time to prepare and study your requirements. Failure to initiate contact on two (2) consecutive days during the allotted promotion period will result to immediate cancellation of the trial service.
Offshore Supervisor You agree and will only directly communicate with the Offshore Supervisor via the Staffing Offshore Solutions Project Collaboration System, Skype, Yahoo Messenger, Email, or Staffing Offshore Solutions on-line chat system. No direct staff contact is allowed, instead, the Offshore Supervisor will be looking after your staff or team all the time and directly inform you with regular progress of the project. The Offshore Supervisor is required to be online during the entire working schedule to address your needs. The virtual employee is 100% dedicated and does not do other freelance projects. He reports 8 hrs daily, 5 days per week. All virtual employees are required to submit a daily report of activities directly to the Offshore Supervisor for performance checking purposes.
Cancellation /Termination of Service You may cancel your account at any time, with proper notification, a week before the next due date. Proper notification includes direct contact with your Account Representative or the Offshore Supervisor, written notification, or e-mailed notification addressed to sales@Staffing Offshore Solutions.com. Failure to pay does not constitute proper notification, and you will be responsible for all fees accrued to your account until proper notification is received. Staffing Offshore Solutions reserves the right to cancel this service and reimburse you with any unused fees (where appropriate) on a pro-rata basis. If your service is cancelled for misuse according to these Terms and Conditions, Staffing Offshore Solutions reserves the right to apply additional fees and/or administrative costs incurred to your account prior to reimbursement. Please allow 4-6 weeks for reimbursement payment.
Staffing Offshore Solutions offers discounted pricing with longer term contracts. In the event of long-term contracts, cancellation of your account requires 30 days notification.
Copyright and Trademarks The client unconditionally guarantees that any elements of text, graphics, photos, designs, trademarks, or other artwork furnished to Staffing Offshore Solutions for inclusion in any web design or graphics design projects are owned by the client, or that the client has permission from the rightful owner to use each of these elements, and will hold harmless, protect and defend Staffing Offshore Solutions from any claim or suit arising from the use of such elements furnished by the client.
Web Design Project Copyright Staffing Offshore Solutions owns copyright to the finished website and print design produced by Staffing Offshore Solutions. The client are automatically assigned rights to use the designs, once final payment under this agreement and any additional charges incurred have been paid. Rights to photos, graphics, source code, work-up files and computer programs are specifically not transferred to the client, and remain the property of their respective owners. Staffing Offshore Solutions retain the right to display graphics, websites, photo restoration samples and other web design elements that Staffing Offshore Solutions created for clients as examples of their work in the portfolio. All web design projects will contain a copyright/legal page with a link to Staffing Offshore Solutions web site.
Staffing Offshore Solutions reserves the right to change the terms, conditions, and notices at any time, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting of such changes. You are therefore responsible for regularly reviewing these Terms of Use and additional terms or notices posted on the Staffing Offshore Solutions website. Your continued access of this website shall be deemed your conclusive acceptance of the modified agreement.
